Ep.24 | Dani Williamson
Dani and I had a spectacular discussion about food that god made! Her story of coming from “a s******e of chaos” was eye-opening, to put it mildly. We jumped in on topics like the importance of the gut and how sugar is not our friend (but you knew that already). We went through the top seven inflammatory foods in the US and the six steps she uses with patients to begin the road of healing. Shout out to Michael Pollan as well! I knew about a few of his books, but Dani introduced me to Food Rules and I highly recommend it! I also recommend you get out there and pre-order Dani’s book Wild & Well: Dani’s Six Commonsense Steps to Radical Healing.
